Message from the chief

I am delighted to announce that Management Development Center (MDC) is now in full operation. This had been a long cherished and long awaited objective of Management Association of Nepal (MAN). MDC envisages creating new knowledge in the field of Development Management by instituting a think-tank wherein we will move forward to provide a platform for intelligentsia, academia, and practitioners so that they can create, share, and disseminate knowledge.

To set this in motion, we currently have several activities in our mind. Of them, Executive MBA and postgraduate diploma courses will commence in February 2006. You will also see the think-tank fully functional by that time. We expect full co-operation from the government, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, development partners, as well as all practitioners to make this new endeavor a great success.
